Privacy notice
Personal data is protected and processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (GDPR).
Your personal data is processed by Spontanea, z.s., ID 10804340, registered at Vodní Valy 391, 570 01 Litomyšl, Czech Republic (the controller). The controller determines the purpose, means and period of processing, and where needed also the collaborators who help organise and produce the event.

Scope and purpose
Name, surname, telephone — registration, reserving your place, and sending you further information or changes concerning the event you registered for.
E-mail address — also used to send information about upcoming events, on the basis of legitimate interest, assuming that registered participants are interested in news about future gatherings.
Name, surname, address — billing details for issuing and keeping tax documents.
Your rights
You may withdraw your consent to receiving information about upcoming events at any time by writing to srdcezdroj@seznam.cz. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. You are not obliged to give consent, and you will face no negative consequences if you do not.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, its correction or erasure, or restriction of processing, and to ask the controller to document within 30 days how and why your data is processed. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The controller may ask you to prove your identity to prevent unauthorised access.
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place. If the controller intended to process your data for a purpose other than the one for which it was collected, you would always be informed in advance.
Third parties
Some services and applications of the Google platform are used to run our activities. Collaborators who process your personal data are bound to confidentiality about the data and about the measures securing it. We undertake not to provide your personal data to any other third party without your consent.
