Terms of participation

Please read the terms of participation carefully. By sending your registration you agree to them, and your registration and participation are conditional on that agreement.

This agreement is concluded between you (the participant) and the organisers of this event. The participant registers for the stated workshop or class and undertakes to pay its price according to the information given. If the fee is not paid, the organisers reserve the right to treat the registration as cancelled.

Once the registration has been sent and the payment made, the organisers will confirm the participant's reservation by e-mail. The participant takes part entirely at their own responsibility. The organisers are not liable for physical or psychological harm (accidents or injuries) or material damage (such as loss of property or valuables) occurring to the participant during the class or workshop. The participant will not claim any compensation from the organisers for such damage, and may take out their own insurance for these cases.

In their own interest, the participant undertakes to take part in the whole programme and to respect the organisational and methodical instructions of the facilitators and organisers. Only exceptionally, in serious cases, do the organisers and facilitators reserve the right to make changes (for example replacing a facilitator, changing the venue, or cancelling the workshop).

Cancellation terms

• Cancelling more than 31 days in advance: 100% of the fee is refunded, less a CZK 200 administration charge.
• Cancelling 30–15 days before the event: 50% of the fee is refunded.
• Cancelling 14–7 days before the event: 25% of the fee is refunded.
• Cancelling 6–0 days before the event: no refund is due.

If you cannot attend, you may send someone else in your place.
